Hi, I'm Deirdre Ventura, the principal owner of Innvest Hotel Brokers. Having completed hundreds of hotel sales, I have sold and financed many franchised and independent properties for banks, government agencies, hotels companies, developers, REIT's, and private individuals. I was also very active in the Hotel Brokers International (HBI), the oldest and largest group of hotel brokers in the United States.
In recent years I have represented several buyers on an exclusive basis and assisted several clients in diversifying their portfolios. As well as assisting clients with specific goals that I am uniquely qualified to perform.
