A recently created page on the worldwide web gives a new meaning to the word "browse". With the Innvest home page, a WWW browser can take a virtual look at lodging properties for sale. Proprietors Jeff Wilder and Deidre Murphy plan to make their web pages far more then just property listing, however. The Innvest page also includes information from franchisers and potential vendors of products and services, as well as lending information. According to Murphy, "Innvests goal is to be sophisticated interactive lodging-industry Yellow Pages. We want to bring lodging-industry participants together efficiently and interactively, regardless of whether they want to buy or sell a hotel, finance or learn about franchising potential of a particular property."

Innvests concept has attracted the endorsement of Hotel & Motel Brokers of America (HMBA), the largest association of hotel brokers in the United States, which is encouraging its 150 members to list on the Innvest page.-G.W.
