Innvest Takes Site on Web

Innvest, which bills itself as America's On-Line Superstore, has taken its place on the Internet's World Wide Web. Its goal: to present hotel acquisition opportunities as an interactive Yellow Pages for the lodging industry.

Conceived by industry consultant Jeff Wilder, broker Deirdre Murphy and Net Properties Corp., Innvest went on line in May. Its initial focus is offering several hundred hotel listings around the world, complete with deal information, lender specifications and loan forms, 24 hours a day. Buyers, sellers and brokers can communicate by e-mail, fax, phone and the U.S. Post Office.
