New York, NY (June 14, 1996): Innvest today announced that it's specialized Lodging Industry Internet site, http://www.innvest.com, featuring a nationwide selection of hotel businesses for sale to investors, was debuted at the New York University Hotel Investment Conference at a special session on Buying, Selling and Financing Hotels. The session was moderated by Suzanne Mellen of HVS, a hotel consultancy.

According to Innvest executive Jeff Wilder's presentation at the Conference, " We vision a time in the near future when hotel buyers will be able to learn in depth information about the availability of hotel deals throughout the country, indeed the world. Initially, we're offering hotel sellers and their brokers the opportunity to run either traditional classified ads or far more comprehensive Deal Summaries, including an interactive e-mail response capability. Soon, owners, brokers and customers will stop being forced to 'fish for deals' once everyone appreciates the value of putting up their offerings in one specialized location."

Innvest has met with success since it was first announced in early 1996. The first major client to endorse the system was the Hotel & Motel Brokers of America (HMBA), consisting of over 150 brokers who specialize in the sale of U.S. hotel and motel properties.

Innvest is a centralized Lodging Industry Internet location that allows people to more easily connect with each other in order to successfully initiate a variety of desired transactions. The browser's goals may range from buying and selling of hotels to locating products, services, franchise information, financing, employment opportunities, trade association and industry news.
