Phillip Mason
joined Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc. in 1996. Mason has owned and operated many
different businesses over the past twenty years which include retail beverage stores,
modeling agencies/schools, photography studios, temporary help firms. He also
operated an investment company which assisted in the sale of many businesses including
hotels. Affiliated with the Midwest Merger & Acquisition Group, he provided consulting
and brokerage services for companies of varying size. Mason is experienced in site
location, leasing, purchase negotiations, market development and has acted as general
contractor for new construction. As president of the investment group he handled all
financing and demographic analysis for all the investments. Mason is licensed in Kentucky
