Michael R. Faridi joined Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc. in 1993, and has been involved with the hotel industry since 1977. He has been active in the sale of hotel/ motel properties since 1988, working on transactions involving Days Inn, Sheraton Inn, Travelodge, Holiday Inn and various independent motel properties. He has held various management positions in the past with Hyatt Hotels, Preferred Hotel Group, MGM Grand Hotels, Best Western, and Quality Inns.
