H. Brandt Niehaus,
CHB, CHA, CCIM, President of Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc., joined the firm in 1988 when
it was Dial-Huff & Associates, Inc. Formed in 1975, the name was changed in January,
1994, when Niehaus bought the business. He has been in commercial real estate since 1983,
but since joining the firm has dealt exclusively with listing and selling hotels and
motels ranging from 24 unit independents to 375 unit full service, franchised hotels.
Niehaus represents sellers in lender-owned transactions as well as conventional sales and
provides opinions of values and consultation to industry clients.
