Kevin Jeffrey, Director of Hotel Investment Sales

Kevin Jeffrey is an experienced real estate broker who has been selling property since 1996. He comes to the Wilder Group LLC with an excellent background in commercial real estate investment analysis, including underwriting and mortgage financing, which are so germane to the successful completion of deals. Kevin has closed approximately 40 transactions in the past five (5) years, ranging in size from 40 to 280 units (mostly multi-family apartment properties.) He looks forward to specializing in hotel sales at the Wilder Group where his background, coupled with the firm's forty-plus years of experience and expertise, will further enhance its ability to serve the lodging industry's brokerage needs.

Prior to joining Wilder Group, Kevin Jeffrey was an Associate Broker and Director of Sales at the New York firm, Massey Knakal Realty Services, Inc. and, prior to that, at Metrovest Equities, Inc. He attributes much of his insight in creative deal structuring to working closely with the well-regarded principal of Metrovest, George Filopoulos, who was featured in "Crain's 40 Under Forty." Whether doing deals involving financial deal structuring, take out loans, development analysis, city and state tax abatement programs, capital improvements, foreclosures, sealed bid auctioning, or traditional negotiating, Kevin has educated and trained himself to be a valuable asset to both sellers and buyers in commercial real estate investment transactions.

Kevin Jeffrey attended Fordham University in N.Y. where he majored in Political Science with a minor in Economics. He took classes full-time during the day while maintaining an evening clerical position at Fordham Law School in order to earn his tuition. He is 31 years of age and enjoys football, baseball, basketball, skiing, golf, and travel. As a Wilder Group hotel sales broker, he certainly will be adding to his travel destination portfolio.
