Our firm has handled almost every type of hotel brokerage transaction imaginable, including the negotiation of sales, net leases, management contracts, mortgage financing, franchise agreements and sale-leasebacks. We also asset manage six franchised and independent hotels.

The Wilder team’s expertise and diligence is further supported by its membership in the 42-office HMBA: America’s Hotel Broker. HMBA is the largest and most successful hotel brokerage association in the country. We are responsible for roundly 40 percent of all hotel sales transactions completed annually in the United States.
